Best Golf Courses in Orlando
With numerous exceptional golf courses in Orlando, it was difficult to narrow the field to just 10 Orlando golf courses.  Unfortunately, some past favorites failed to make the list with several other good golf courses.  After surveying golfers and golf course operators while taking into account our staff's personal experiences, we have finalized the 2018 Best Golf Courses in Orlando. Our Orlando golf course rankings are based on course conditions, course design, guest service experience, cost, playability, accessibility and location.  There are more than 100 public layouts in the Orlando golf marketplace, but we made the task of choosing your next Orlando tee time a little easier by narrowing the list down to the top 10. Enjoy playing golf in Orlando. Top 10...

Hidden Gem

A hidden gem I hadn't heard about before I found it on this website. The staff was very friendly and the course layout was fun and challenging.

Classic Palmer Design

I've played several Arnold Palmer designed courses and the Legends was another gem of the King. The course was in top notch shape.

I Liked the Legends

First time playing the Legends at Orange Lake and came away impressed. Quality conditions and a friendly staff. One of the better course designs in Orlando.

Reserve over Legends

Both courses at Orange Lake were nice. I preferred the Reserve course over the Legends because of the price difference.

Disappointing, standards have slipped here I'm afraid ...

Disappointed overall in the whole experience compared to other courses played in the area and based on my previous experiences both staying at and playing the courses at Orange Lake.

I booked online, as this was cheaper and easier, as it turned out, than when I called the resort directly to do this?? Also the club hire/rental was more expensive than the round of golf itself?? And the club hire/rental was more expensive and of lower quality (in my opinion) than at other courses in the area. Also no range balls were offered despite me asking at the Pro shop when checking in, and no GPS on carts despite this now being stated on some promotional websites (perhaps not Orange Lake's fault this one?). The Legends Course was not in good condition and the greens were very hairy (with a noticeable amount of weeds?) and slow in comparison to the other courses I played in the Orlando area. Disappointing overall and will unfortunately think twice about playing this course again. I have played the courses at Orange Lake on a number of occasions, and sad to say that standards have slipped in my opinion. Sorry, but very disappointing!!! Falcon's Fire is a much better play and the service is definitely with a smile at this course ...

Don't waste your time or money

We have come to the Orlando area every year as a group for about 10 years. This is the first time we have played here. It is probably the worst run golf course in Florida. It took over 3 hours to play the back 9 as they had no one at all, no ranger, no one running the course. They allowed a group in front of is to play in a group of 5. Another group in front of us used 3 different tee boxes, blue, white and women's. I tried to call the club house, I was transferred to some other number that was not answered. I called the club house again but no one at all answered. After waiting on every single shot, and the round was finished, I went to the club house to make sure someone knew they had an issue. The person at the register said he was the only person available. He also had 7 other people giving him a tough time because of the complete lack of management on this course.

Don't go here unless you want to wait or play in 6 hours. We won't be back.

Oh btw the last call for the cart was at 1:30 pm.

Splendid golf course in great condition and warm welcome from the staff. The greens were smooth and quick. I would recommended to my golfing friends. Pace of play was a bit slow. The staff was helpful.
