Fortunately, the speculation proved false as there was a compromise between the membership and ownership. The course is open for play. Rated by Golf Digest as the Best New Course in 1994, Ridgewood Lake Golf Club, a Ted McAnlis layout, is a truly diverse test of Florida golf.
