Central Florida based Meadowbrook Golf has acquired two new clients in Texas – Ridgewood Country Club in Waco and Lajitas Golf Resort & Spa in Lajitas, according to Scott Beasley, Vice President.
The company’s focus historically has been on Florida and the Eastern Seaboard with some properties in outlying states and the Bahamas.
At Ridgewood Country Club in Waco, Texas Meadowbrook has been charged with responsibilities for all aspects of the Club including food and beverage service, staffing, agronomics and IT systems. They are also supporting the Board of Directors in the renovation of the clubhouse.
Lajitas Golf Resort & Spa had other unique requirements. “We were brought on board to handle golf operations for Lajitas. We oversee memberships, fees, golf events, agronomics and maintenance, as well as the maintenance crews,” Beasley adds.
Meadowbrook Golf Group currently manages ChampionsGate Golf Club and MetroWest Golf Club in the Orlando marketplace.
