Erik Kuselias will be leaving ESPN and the cold weather of Bristol, CT to become co-host of the Golf Channel’s new live morning show, "Morning Drive" in sunny, warm Orlando, Florida. Kuselias and Gary Williams of Sirius Radio have been hired to for the show, which will air from 7 to 9 a.m. weekday mornings beginning Jan.3. The show will originate from the Golf Channel’s Orlando, Fla., studios.
Kuselias had been at ESPN since 2003. He created the Emmy Award-winning “Fantasy Football Now” and was the primary host of “College Football Live” and “The Erik Kuselias Show” on ESPN Radio. Previously, Williams co-hosted the early morning show on Sirius channel 123, Mad Dog Radio. He also served as a lead host on the PGA Tour Network on Sirius/XM.
Set to debut Jan. 3 from 7-9 a.m. ET, “Morning Drive” will originate from Golf Channel’s Orlando headquarters. Although golf conversation will lead the way, the show also will feature news and commentary about stories making headlines around the world, finance, pop culture – even weather. In addition, some of the biggest names in golf, as well as personalities and celebrities from all walks of life, will regularly join the show as studio guests.
