Rice Paper is not your ordinary Vietnamese Restaurant. While true to gourmet Vietnamese cooking, it combines French, Thai and New American Cuisine for creative Vietnamese fusion dishes. Classic Vietnamese dished are also available. However, many "New American Vietnamese" dishes combine classic recipes with contemporary gourmet cuisine.
